Service Description
Initial Ayurvedic consultation (1.5-2hr) to determine your unique constitution, Prakrti, and also your current state of imbalances, Vikrti. An individual treatment plan to help you reach your health goals and bring balance. Three follow up appointments (45m-1hr) to continue support of progress and changes, and to adjust treatment plan as needed. Follow up appointments will be 1-2 weeks apart.
